1) The constant stream of enemies for the player to beat up offers a steady stream of goals, accomplishments, and gratifications.
2) Killer soundtrack. The dramatic orchestrated music is perfect for beat-‘em-up action with a gothic winter feel.
3) A variety of different types of enemies, and there are different way to approach each one. This adds depth and variety to the game play.
4) The artwork has a very gothic winter feel to it, which mirrors the movie.
5) The story cut scenes between levels add some depth to what the player is doing.
6) The cut scenes are completely optional, and can be skipped!
7) A variety of different moves. Slamming the enemies against the wall is my favorite.
8) The single-layered and multi-layered variations in the levels, plus the car chase level, add more variety to the game play.
9) Each boss has his or her own unique fighting style.
10) Unlike Final Fight, the enemies never have too many hit points. Being able to kill the enemies faster adds more gratification to the game play.
11) Every boss has a certain way to beat them. It makes fighting an enemy a puzzle, adding strategic elements to the game.

1) A lot of times the game doesn't give you enough time to react.
2) An experienced gamer like myself should be able to get through the game on level easy without any trouble, yet I wasn't able to.
3) Sometimes it's difficult to tell which layer I'm on. This is particularly annoying when I'm up against three knife-throwing enemies.
4) It's just another side-scrolling beat-‘em-up game. The only thing unique about it is that it’s Batman instead of Street Fighter.
5) The game is much to short. An experienced player should be able to make it through the game in an hour or two.
6) The game allows you to escape into a world where you are Batman: a guy in a rubber bat suit fighting gothic circus clowns. But in Final Fight, the game allows you to escape into a world where you are a street fighter beating up members of the sinister mad gear gang. I think the Final Fight world is something that has more market appeal.
7) Although every boss has a certain way to beat them, that attack pattern can sometimes be difficult to figure out.
