Nice presentation quality. There are many atmosphereic effects, the team members to say things appropriate to the situation, and the look and feel was generally done effectively. You really feel immersed into a dark, creepy place where a biofreak could jump out at you at any time and kill you. It is very detailed and very textured. Having your team members turn into biofreaks adds some drama.
Having the team follow you around adds a sense of teamwork and comradery to the game play. You're not alone on your quest.
Different types of enemies to fight.
Voice acting is pretty good. Each character has his own personality. They seem like real people.

Complicated, unintutive interface that requires tutorials. The tutorials are also all text, non-interactive, and boring.
Choppy framerates sometimes.
Despite being team-based, the game still fails to go beyond the kill or be killed theme. This time it's your team must kill or be killed instead of just you by yourself. No big change.
The medic is smart enough to heal you but not smart enough to heal himself.
After you die, there is no reload from last save option, a standard for games of this type.
The game play lacks an addictive rhythm and flow which is part of any great game. A lot of times a player will die and not be able to intuitively figure what went wrong.
There's too much of a die and reload cycle. Die and reload. Die and reload. Die and reload. Etc. Etc.
In terms of look and feel, this is the same thing as Resident Evil, Silent Hill, etc. It's not anything new.
The flame flower, an essential weapon in this game, is very difficult to use without setting the floor on fire and killing yourself.
The companion AIs are too stupid to fight on their own without dying easily, or getting in the way of your fire power, or complaining that they are out of ammo, or complaining that their health is low (and you do not have any time to refill their ammo or replenish their heath during battle, and if you try to you will die). Game play wise, the companion AIs subtract from the game instead of adding to it.
PC quality graphics. Not good enough.
Landscape and architecture doesn't vary enough.
