Objective:
I want to gain as much field knowledge with games and other software as possible while completing my degree at DigiPen Institute of Technology so that I will eventually be a lead/technical programmer for a top notch company.
This summer, I would like to work full time at an excellent game or software company in the area.

- Integrating '3D Studio MAX' images from artists into levels along with scripting for NPC's and level interaction.
- What I learned:
- How to use the WorldCraft 2.1 Editor for 'Half-Life'.
- How to work as an independent contractor.
- Wrote a converter from '3D Studio MAX' geometry to 'Half-Life' level geometry.

- Being assigned to a new game that is in beta stage and play through every aspect of it.
- Find bugs and glitches to ensure a quality product image.
- Documenting these bugs and glitches on video tape as well as on paper to eventually be put into a bug log.
- What I learned:
- How a professional company tests its newest software in a high security environment.
- How all the positions relate to each other in a project environment.
